Solid Ink Square Grinding Stone

This grinding stone has a much smoother surface than the traditional Chinese grinding stones.
The finer the grain of the ink stone the finer the sumi produced (which also affects the colour). A rougher stone would damage the ink molecules. It is recommended to wash it out before and after use.
